Puedo decir que soy del campo, lo siento a plenitud y me comunico a mis anchas con la naturaleza.
Lo
que sentí en varias oportunidades en el atardecer o el amanecer y en
general cuando pude deambular a mis anchas, solo y en silencio pero
totalmente identificado con el entorno, era lo más parecido a la
seguridad de la presencia de un dios de los campos, algo inmenso e impersonal que me habia pernitido el privilegio de atestiguar la grandeza.
Es sólo una experiencia subjetiva? Probablemente.
No creo en un dios personal. Para comenzar confieso que ni siquiera se que significan esas dos palabras puesto que persona
originalmente deriva del latín, es la máscara del actor, esto es el rol
del personaje que interpreta y como tal es un atributo meramente humano
que en su acepción moderna nos ayuda a distinguirnos unos de otros como
individuos.
Podría aceptar un concepto de grandeza al estilo del orden del Cosmos
que Einstein reverenciaba e identificaba con el dios panteista de
Spinoza. Francamente no se que pensar en definitiva pero puedo
atestiguar lo que sentí, algo inefable que sólo puedo decodificar
cuando estoy allí, que me llena de paz, aceptación y serenidad.

I belong to
the fields, with plenitude and intensively identified with nature. In
several opportunities, at sunset or sunrise, or simply just being there
alone, in silence and contemplation, I perceived the existence of
something like a god of the fields, immense and impersonal that had given me the privilege to witness grandiosity.
A subjective experience? It may be so.
I do not believe in a personal god.To begin with I must confess I do not understand the meaning of those two words since personal
derives originally from latin and it describes the masks that classical
Greek actors wore to describe the role of the the character they
played, so after all it is just a very human attribute that in present
times makes the difference that help us to recognize ourselves as
individuals.
I might accept though a concept of greatness similar
to the concept of the Order in Cosmos so revered by Einstein identified
with the god of Spinoza. Frankly I am yet not clear in this matter but
I may witness what I felt, something ineffable that I can only decode just when I am there and it fills me with a sense of peace, serenity and acceptance.
